I am a polymer researcher. I studied and worked in Russia, and now I relocated to the Netherlands.
My PhD thesis (Mendeleev University of Chemical technology of Russia, Moscow) was dedicated to the epoxyphosphazene structure/property relationships focusing on kinetical and rheological parameters as well as thermal properties, and mechanics. I am the main author of 6 papers in peer-reviewed journals.
In 2019 - 2022, I developed flame retardant benzoxazine and epoxy formulations for prepreg and infusion composite technology.
Since 2023, I’m working on improved recyclability of thermoplastics.
The background of my scientific research shows my expertise in experimental techniques and polymer analysis methods (NMR, FTIR, GPC). I have not only analyzed data, but also provided maintenance of DSC, DMA, STA, Rheometer, and TMA instruments.
I have more than two year-experience of managing projects of flame retardant benzoxazine resins for composites in terms of synthesis and processing. I interacted with industrial partners, the University, and the Ministry of Science administrations. I also took part in founding the R&D composite center at my former University. I think this reflects my developed soft skills, a collaborative spirit, and the capacity to perform high-quality work while working with urgent deadlines.
Thermal analysis : DSC, TMA, DMA, rheology methods.
Managing: I love working in team and obtain the best results due to mutual efforts
