Your mission:
Your mission is to develop advanced applications with Fiber Patch Placement technology and convert our customers into long-term FPP fans! You’ll lead an international team of highly skilled composite engineers, working with our in-house FPP systems and software, and interact closely with our customers and our technology teams to ensure our products match our customer expectations.

Your tasks:
• Lead our Application Development Team
• Manage the technical activitities of composite projects (customer & R&D)
• Responsible for in-house FPP manufacturing of products and demonstrators
• Hands-on customer engineering support for best-practice FPP application
• Advance and optimize our engineering service portfolio
• Contribute to our strategic technology development, active input to product development

Your profile:
• University degree or similar in engineering (mechanical, lightweight design, aerospace or related)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fiber composite product development, manufacturing and CAD design
• Experience with aerospace part development & regulations; alternatively with composite tanks
• Hands-on mentality, customer-oriented and creative problem solver
• Team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility; experience in leading people a plus
• Fluent English language skills, German skills are a plus
