Job Description:
We are looking to strengthen its sales team with a Sales Development Manager at our offices in Germany.
Sales development and marketing missions :
Ability to build a sales budget and marketing target of the year
Proven ability to develop and communicate sales plans
Strong ability to focus and respect sales targets on monthly base
Comfortable in regular reporting
Management of existing customers (60% of working time) and develop new value-added projects with differentiated value propositions.
Technical background
Sales of technical product in industrial environment: close to composites parts in carbon fibers, in fiberglass able to develop value propositions and quantify their sales potential
Technical understanding of industrial process
Sales complex
We are at the beginning of the supply chain and in touch with many intermediate companies before our products reach the OEM’s . Analysis mindset necessary to understand this sales complexity and to manage different level of contacts
Industrial sector
Raw materials, chemicals, plastics, fibers, textiles, etc.
Automotive, Aero, Energy, etc.
Your assets for success ...
10 years experience minimum in industrial markets and technical product sales
Experience in Composites parts is a plus
Natural communicator, comfortable in building and maintaining trusted and party relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Very strong analytical, conceptual mindset
