Job Description:
We are looking for our future Draping & Collage Workshop Manager M/F to join the Tarbes site on a permanent contract.

Focused on innovation since its creation, Daher designs and develops value-added solutions for its customers and partners in the aerospace and industrial sectors.

Within the UAP Composite Elementary Parts and as part of our composite draping and bonding activities, you coordinate and supervise the production activity and are responsible for achieving objectives in terms of costs, quality, deadlines and safety. You will supervise 9 team leaders spread over 3 draping rooms and 1 gluing room on a perimeter of 200 companions in 2x8 and 3x8.

Your missions:
• Participate in the definition of the needs of the workshop
• Manage your workshop according to the activity (load / capacity) by monitoring productivity,
• Ensure customer and/or supplier exchanges
• Manage hazards, implement corrective actions
• Lead your teams by ensuring that your employees develop their skills
Update dashboards and analyze data
• Participate in continuous improvement actions and running your workshop (cleanliness, 5S)
• Ensure the implementation and enforcement of quality, safety, environment, security and labour code rules
• Contribute to human resources management actions


Your profile:
Ideally with a Bac +5, you have acquired significant experience in managerial positions in an industrial environment. You benefit from expertise in composite materials. Lean tools hold no secrets for you.
