Job Description:
We are looking for our future Thermosetting Methods Technician (M/F) to join the Saint Aignan site in Grand Lieu (44) on a permanent contract

Attached to the THERMOSET production unit, we are looking for our future Industrialization Methods Technician M/F, whose main missions are the following:
•   Maintain up-to-date technical files (ranges, instruction sheets) via SAP and PLM software;
•   Determine and optimize manufacturing times;
•   Provide technical support to production and partners, solve technical problems by being a source of proposals, and intervene on quality advice;
•   Carry out the configuration;
•   Transmit the technical elements necessary for the manufacture of the tools (budget, deadlines, etc.) to the design office or subcontractor;
•   Participate in value analyses and product/process FMEA and propose process or tooling improvements (calculation of production time, monitoring of new technologies and methods);
•   Ensure the technical coordination of the OSWs at the client's site.
•   Take into account and process QSE alerts reported by staff
•   Supporting the QSE maturity development of its sector

Your Profile :
You have a first experience in a similar position, you are recognized for your technical fiber and your interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Excel is required.
