Job Description:
We are looking for our future Operator/Technician (M/F) to join the site of Saint Aignan Grand lieu (44).
Reporting to the team leader, you will be responsible for manufacturing parts in complex composite material: fiberglass, carbon, Kevlar, aramid, boron, etc.
You will be responsible for the reception of the fabrics (kits), the moulding of the parts and the preparation of the firing environment. You will be responsible for the demoulding of the parts at the end of the firing and then the conditioning of the tools for the benefit of the moulding workshops
Your missions:
• Follow the Manufacturing Record Procedure
• Drape in successive layers and repeat the compaction cycle as specified in the instruction sheet
• Auto-check the positioning of folds: template, plot, laser
• At the end of the draping, make a watertight cooking assembly by incorporating the suction pipes/vacuum draft valves and, if necessary, the thermocouple probes according to the standards and instruction sheets
• Fill in the traceability documents: follower sheet, self-control sheet (FAC), tools
• In case of defects or doubts, alert the Team Leader or Workshop Manager so that he can contact the inspector
• Comply with HSE instructions
• Participate in the analysis of defective parts with a view to improving quality.
Wearing PPE, 2*8 schedules
Your profile:
With a technical training such as a composite modeller vocational baccalaureate or CQPM, you are recognized for your rigor and manual dexterity.
