We are looking for our future Industrialization Methods Technician to join our Tarbes site on a permanent contract (CDI)

Aircraft manufacturer, industrialist, industrial service provider and logistician. Focused on innovation since its creation, Daher designs and develops value-added solutions for its customers and partners in the aerospace and industrial sectors.

Attached to the Composite Component Unit of our site, which is involved in the design and production of aeronautical parts and our TBM aircraft. You will enjoy this town in the Southwest, particularly for its proximity to the Atlantic coast, the Pyrenees, and the Spanish border."

Your responsibilities:
•   Define manufacturing processes in accordance with technical requirements.
•   Define, structure, monitor, and update articles, processes, and bill of materials in the information system.
•   Determine and optimize manufacturing times.
•   Provide technical support to production and partners, resolve technical issues by being proactive, and intervene on quality advice.
•   Participate in value analysis and product/process FMEAs and propose process or tooling improvements (production time calculation, monitoring new technologies, and methods).
•   Regular working hours, with Friday afternoons off.

Your profile:
You have experience in a similar position, preferably in a composite or metallic environment. You have knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software, ideally Catia V5. Ideally, you have worked with SAP (an ERP system that includes manufacturing procedures: processes, bill of materials, and is linked with various departments of the site) and Siemens' PLM Teamcenter, which stores technical data.
