Job Description:
We are looking for: We are looking for a R&I Technician who will conduct the following responsabilities: Supporting pilot mixing operations, including: performing COSHH assessment, reviewing mixing SOP, operating a pilot mixing vessel, performing rheological characterization of novel resin, compiling trial reports to document observations and recommendations, communicate results to key stake holders; Supporting pilot coating operations, including: operating a pilot roll coater and slot die, performing advanced rheological characterization relevant to coating processes, extracting down-web and cross-web coating profiles from an MES data historian, performing basic statistical data analysis, compiling trial reports to document observations and recommendations, communicate results to key stake holders; Supporting pilot tape line operation, including: operating a pilot tape line, performing in-process material characterization, extracting critical process parameters profiles from an MES data historian, performing basic statistical data analysis, compiling trial reports to document observations and recommendations, communicate results to key stake holders; Implement a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for the management of the Process Innovation Team laboratory data.
