Our client is looking for Application Lab Manager – Gelcoats-Coating specializing in composite applications.
In this pivotal role, you will lead gel coats project development, provide guidance to laboratory personnel, and ensure a seamless transition of new product recipes into mass production.
Your responsibilities also encompass product testing, technical support for production, and delivering technical presentations and training.
This position presents an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to make a significant impact in the field of composite materials and contribute to our ongoing innovation and success.
You will report to Business Director Comp & Adhesives and Sr VP Growth Platforms.

Candidate profil :
•   PhD in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering /Material sciences.
•   10 years of relevant technical experience in the area of gelcoats and unsaturated polyester composite applications
•   Managerial experience is preferred but not required
•   Project management through stage/gate process
•   Collaboration and team working
•   Good analytical and problem solving skills.
•   Results oriented personality.
•   Very good communication skills
•   Fluent in English and German (writing and speaking)
