Sales Manager

Job Description:
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong track record of selling into the polypropylene market preferred
Existing established relationships with brand owners and OEM’s
Ability to identify and assess emerging sales opportunities
Effective communication at all levels
Inquisitive nature
Proficient in CRM, ERP or similar software
Sales & Development Plan:
Developing and implementing a comprehensive annual Sales/Business Development Plan, including running projects, setting product & market priorities and price ranges with SMART action plans and schedules to achieve (new) business development and customer account objectives.
Upgrading of customer portfolio (bottom slicing, top filling).
Client Relationship and New Business Development:
Identify key accounts, OEMs, and brand owners from a variety of end markets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers /partners.
Develop strategic action plans for both new and existing customers /partners in terms of volume and margin.
Continuously filling and converting of opportunity pipeline.
Active representation of the company at trade fairs, events, and networking meetings
