Candidate Skills and Attributes:

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated new business “Hunter” with in-depth knowledge of the flexible packaging market.
A technical background coupled with proven business to business sales or technical service experience.
Strong leadership, proven management of small teams.
Proven experience in the films/masterbatch or resins sector.
Home Office located in Mexico City.
Language skills: English and Spanish fluent.
Strong communication
Proficient in value-based selling, and use of sales tools including customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Self-driven and results oriented

Qualifications:

Degree educated in; Chemical Engineering, Polymer Chemistry, Polymers Science & Engineering Materials Science or a business background with extensive technical training.
Knowledge of the polyethylene film producer market in Europe.
