Job Description:
Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong track record in the Medical, Healthcare or related industries
Deep expertise in the medical polypropylene market including knowledge of key players.
Established relationships with brand owners and OEMs and a strong ability to assess emerging opportunities (preferred).
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and standards for medical devices (preferred)
Proficiency in CRM, ERP, or similar software

Role Overview:

The Sales & Development Manager Medical is responsible for executing the growth strategy of our DuCare® brand in the Healthcare & Medical industry by developing and executing an annual Sales & Business Development Plan, in line with company strategy.
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and executing the entire sales process from generating leads and nurturing customer relationships to negotiating terms and finalizing deals.
