Our client is seeking profiles for: Global Marketing Communications Manager Marine & Industrial, a highly motivated individual, you will play a crucial role in executing comprehensive communication strategies to promote its brand, products, and services.

Creating compelling messages tailored to target audience, your expertise will drive engagement across its markets.

Reporting to the Head of Group Marketing and Communications,

Main Missions and Responsibilities

Develop and implement communication plans tailored to the unique needs and preferences for markets Marine and Industrial
Create engaging and informative content for various platforms like website, social media, email campaigns, customer success stories, case studies, and marketing collaterals.
Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to showcase our products and services.
Collaborate closely with the team to optimize our online presence, including SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, external suppliers, customers and distributors etc. to align communication efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyse the performance of communication initiatives, using data-driven insights to continually optimize results.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.


Qualification requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
+ 5 years of demonstrated expertise in a comparable position (B2B) with Proven experience within the composite/ wood panel industry or a related sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in messaging
Proven expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, Google Ad’s, content management systems, and analytics tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Power Point and SharePoint
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on mentality - Independently thinking and working personality, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations is essential.
Fluent in English both orally and in writing
