We are hiring for our client: a leading specialist in Europe in the application and distribution of special chemical products.

Location : Bordeaux 33 – Région Aquitaine - Home Office

Salary Package: Fix + Variable/Bonus 10% + Company car

Our client is looking for a Sales Manager France- Additives Textiles - Specialties Chemicals.

Required a dynamic personality who is customer oriented with solid Technical and commercial background.

The successful candidate will need to have tenacity to maintain this on a long-term basis. Therefore, it is important that they have the capability to use their own initiative and work independently.

The successful candidate will be expected to have technical understanding of materials technology for the key market sectors, as Textile, additives textile. Experience in coating, Surface treatment will also be important.



Main achievements/Missions/Objectives:

New market, new customers acquisition – Business development
New product launch
Product management, Marketing planning
Maintain and develop existing customer base.
Implement action plan to introduce new product range and consolidate existing one.
Engage internal skills and expertise to support customer demands.
Work with back office/logistic for daily operation.
Forecast and reporting for Key accounts


Qualification requirements:

Technical/Scientific background, Engineer/master’s degree in Textile
Over 3-5 years’ experience - Commercial background role in specialities chemical distribution sector. (Textile, Additives, Coating….).
A record of successful new product / New customer acquisition - “Hunter”
Customer/Result oriented
English fluent both oral and written, will be preferred.
Willingness to travel mostly in France, up to 40%.
