Business Development Manager - Europe

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities, market segments, and target clients to generate new leads.
Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitors.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and grow revenue across Europe with emphasis on the Benelux region and Northern Europe.
Build strong relationships with key clients, understand their business objectives and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of products and solutions to customers.
Prepare sales reports and sales forecasts to evaluate sales efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments that may directly impact the business.
Candidate Profile:
A proven track record of generating new business, achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within Europe.
An experienced negotiator able to maximize margins and close deals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated and result-driven, proactive in identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
Comfortable working autonomously as well as within a team.
Strong understanding of the polymer market.
