International Export Sales Manager

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
· Generating and maintaining business across the Globe
· Assisting the Managing Director to manager to oversee the Italian market.
· Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans along with organising training and seminars in coordination with the Managing Director.
· Analysing distributor information and market trends to develop and improve sales strategies.
· Set up and manage an international sales network of distributors, in key markets.
· You will locate appropriate distributors, set up key performance indicators, maintain sales growth and review appointed distributors as necessary.
· Manage international trade agreements and contract negotiations as well as coordinating logistics for oversea shipments.
· Provide insight to management in relation to competitor analysis, customer needs and pricing.
· Identify new business opportunities.
· Overseeing customer care activities (order management, troubleshooting, payment collection)
· Attend trade shows and other types of exhibitions and seminars
Candidate Profile:
· The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, proactive and experienced in negotiation.
· Willing and able to travel internationally – Global coverage.
· On occasion you will need to travel to the HQ in Italy – frequency dependent on location.
· Has comparable industry experience, chemicals and water treatment as examples.
· Has experience within Technical Sales and has experience working with distributors.
