Part-Time Consultant – Composites Manufacturing Expert

We are committed to innovation, quality, and cutting-edge technology, and we are looking for an experienced part-time consultant to elevate our technical capabilities.

Role Overview:

Seeking a highly skilled composites industry expert to support us in enhancing our quality, manufacturing processes, and training systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to process optimization, structural analysis, and production improvements. The consultant will be required to visit our Kanpur facility for 1-2 weeks over two months (or as per company needs) and be available for remote consultations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance on composite materials, manufacturing processes, and structural analysis.
Assist in the design, production, and optimization of composite components.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Develop and set up monitoring systems to ensure adherence to best practices.
Conduct technical training for our team to strengthen in-house expertise.

Key Requirements:

Extensive experience in composite materials, structural analysis, and manufacturing.
Hands-on expertise in design, production, and process optimization.
Proven ability to provide technical guidance, training, and process improvements.
Willingness to travel to Kanpur for periodic on-site support.
