About Lohia Aerospace:
Lohia Aerospace is India’s first multinational composites manufacturing company, specializing in high-precision components for the commercial and defense aerospace industries. We are expanding our presence in Europe and seeking a proactive Business Development & Sales Representative to drive growth in the region.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to identify and manage new business opportunities with OEMs across aerospace, defense and automotive sectors. This role blends technical knowledge with sales expertise, requiring strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aerospace and defense sectors in Europe.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs and industry stakeholders.
• Lead sales discussions, negotiations, and contract closures with procurement and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with technical and manufacturing teams to meet customer requirements.
• Represent Lohia Aerospace at industry events and trade shows.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to leadership.
Key Requirements:
• Experience in business development and sales in aerospace and defense or automotive sectors
• Established network with European OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Proven track record in generating leads and closing high-value deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Technical sales or engineering background preferred.
