Junior Sales

Job Description:
Your responsibilities:
• Visit existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and promote our composite product offerings
• Support the full sales process from lead generation to order closure
• Update CRM system with customer activities and opportunities
• Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings
• Work with the sales team and HQ on promotions and marketing support initiatives
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs in the composite space
Your profile:
• 1–3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in industry or the composite materials sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
• Self-starter with a hands-on mentality and a strong sense of ownership
• Willing to travel 3 to 4 days per week within France
• Familiar with using CRM and basic sales reporting tools
