Job Description:
We are a company specialized in the design and manufacturing of compression molds, with solid experience in the composites industry.
As part of our international growth strategy, we are looking for a Sales Engineer for the US market, with the goal of supporting our entry and expansion into the aerospace and defense sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Business development and management of the US market
Promotion of technical solutions for compression molds dedicated to aerospace and defense applications
Analysis of customer technical requirements and proposal of tailored solutions

Close collaboration with engineering and technical departments

Participation in international trade shows and industry events

Management of relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders

Requirements
Technical background (engineering degree or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical-commercial role
Knowledge of composites, tooling, molds, or manufacturing processes
Experience or strong interest in the aerospace and defense industries

Excellent command of the English language
Willingness to travel within the United States
