GTM Engineer – Digital Marketing & Automation (all genders, part-time 40%-60%)

Job Description:
Your tasks:
- Build, operate and track digital campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads – retargeting, email automation, social media – including campaign setup, workflow implementation, lead nurturing
- Translate technical input into channel-ready digital assets such as landing pages, ads, visuals, SEO pages and newsletters
- Own and continously improve our website, develop our MarTech stack
- Establish and maintain tracking and reporting on channel and campaign performance
- Run continuous tests and optimizations to improve conversion rates, cost per lead and overall digital performance
Your profile:
- Degree in engineering, business administration with technical focus, or comparable field; a genuine interest in high-tech, composites, automation or robotics
- Professional experience in B2B/technical digital marketing, with strong hands-on capability in paid campaign execution (LinkedIn/Google) and content-driven lead generation
- Proficiency with CRMs, APIs, databases, GTM tools, workflow builders; combined with expertise in marketing analytics tools and understanding of SEO principles, hygiene and reporting
- Familiarity with WordPress, Zoho CRM, Marketing Automation, Clay; Phantombuster is a plus
- Good command of English, written and spoken; German is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills, structured working style, data-driven mindset and the ability to work hands-on in a fast-moving environment
