Skills and Expertise:
• Identify customers’ technical needs and provide tailored solutions using Airtech products;
• Manage product development from A to Z to meet customer and market requirements;
• Plan and execute testing of new products to ensure their suitability for customer use;
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and their applications to provide technical support to production teams, quality department, sales teams, suppliers, and customers;
• Assist in preparing exhibitions and trade shows with product demonstrations and related technical content;
• Be the main point of contact for all inquiries related to the specifications of the full product catalog;
• Apply excellent troubleshooting skills to support vacuum bagging, tooling, and test part fabrication using thermoset, thermoplastic, and elastomeric products for composite, additive, and other industrial applications of Airtech materials;
• Write and present papers, datasheets, instructions, brochures, and create videos or other content as required to support company activities.
Knowledge:
• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or equivalent;
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar position.
