Permanent contract, location in Western, Centre EU countries, home office based can be in UK, Germany, France, Italy, or Spain.

Job General scope:
Our client is seeking an EMEA Business Development Manager Adhesives-Epoxy-Industrial applications, a highly motivated individual to promote/develop our Adhesives-Epoxy materials to grow its business footprint across EMEA with a focus on industrial applications (Building & construction, Land transport, Automotive…).

Main Missions and Responsibilities:
Drive new market penetration for epoxy adhesives in industrial applications (construction, land transport, automotive, general industry).
Lead new customer acquisition across industrial markets, building a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and converting them into long-term strategic accounts.
Develop strategic partnerships with distributors and direct customers.
Actively monitor competitors and identify white space opportunities to position company as a differentiated SME challenger.
Lead value-selling initiatives, shaping offers around technical differentiation and sustainability impact.
Collaborate with internal R&D/technical teams to align product roadmap with emerging customer needs in adhesives/epoxy markets.
Prepare and execute a multi-year business development plan, including customer mapping, revenue targets, and expansion into under-served industrial geographies.

Qualification requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s/Engineer degree, Materials sciences, or Educated to a professional level with continuous development. 7-10 years’ experience with Previous B2B Sales experience.
