Logistics Manager (M/F)

Précigné (130 employees) & Blainville-sur-Orne (60 employees)
Reporting to the Site Director, the Logistics Manager will oversee logistics operations across two production sites and ensure optimal supply chain performance in a demanding industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will coordinate and manage all operational flows to guarantee service, cost, and quality objectives.
Your main responsibilities include:
Leading Demand Management and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Ensuring smooth product flow by securing material supply, supervising production planning, and monitoring execution
Managing customer and supplier relationships and resolving potential disputes
Organizing and optimizing supply chain activities (procurement, production planning, distribution) while considering customer and internal constraints
Managing inventory and driving stock accuracy improvement
Supervising internal flows and optimizing costs (materials and labor) and lead times
Supporting new project launches by assessing logistics impacts (space, equipment, workforce)
Driving daily team performance and continuous improvement initiatives
Overseeing ERP/MRP system reliability and ensuring data accuracy
Managing logistics service providers in coordination with Purchasing
Monitoring KPIs, leading problem-solving initiatives, defining action plans, and managing the department’s operating budget

Profile

Master’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, experience in manufacturing, strong team management skills, and proficiency in SAP/ERP systems. Fluent English required.
Weekly travel to Blainville-sur-Orne is expected.
