Job Description:
Plant Director (M/F)

You will take full responsibility for an industrial site, with the mission of ensuring operational excellence, sustainable performance, and continuous improvement.
This strategic position, at the core of our organization, offers long-term development opportunities toward a multi-site leadership scope.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all site functions: Production, Maintenance, Quality, HSE, and Supply Chain
Drive operational performance by defining and monitoring production plans, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and delivery targets
Track KPIs and implement corrective action plans to ensure continuous improvement
Control resources by reducing operating costs, optimizing logistics flows, and rigorously managing the site budget
Lead change initiatives by deploying Lean methodologies (5S, SMED, Kanban, Kaizen, etc.) and managing industrial transformation projects
Inspire and engage teams through hands-on leadership, talent development, and succession planning
Ensure full compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards

Profile

Master’s degree or Engineering degree with a specialization in Production or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Plant Manager within a large industrial environment (250+ employees)
Strong automotive industry background
Fluent English is mandatory
