STS Group – Master’s Apprenticeships (M1/M2)

We are recruiting Master’s students (Year 1 & 2) to join our teams in the following departments:
Purchasing
Human Resources
R&D / Innovation
Finance / Controlling
Quality
Supply Chain & Industrial Performance

As an apprentice, you will contribute to impactful projects, support continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with operational teams. You will gain real responsibility and develop both technical and professional skills in a demanding manufacturing environment.

Your profile:

Master’s student (Business School, Engineering School, or University)
Proactive, analytical, and team-oriented
