Job Description:
COMPOSITEC has over 40 years of expertise in composite materials. The company designs and manufactures high-performance composite parts, offering complete solutions from design to delivery. With three sites—including a technical center in Saint-Malo and production plants in Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes and Theillay—COMPOSITEC provides custom solutions that are lightweight, strong, and reliable.

This role involves actively contributing to the development of the company’s HSE culture by helping reduce risks within teams. You will work closely with field staff and take part in prevention initiatives as well as ISO 14001 audits.

Fire safety:
You will collaborate with the fire department to improve emergency responses.
You will design and lead training sessions, evaluate performance, and help strengthen procedures for handling accidental spills.

Ergonomics:
You will conduct on‑site assessments.
You will identify and prioritize risks, propose solutions using appropriate methods, and share ergonomic best practices with employees.

Industrial risks:
You will support ATEX zoning activities, verify equipment compliance, and raise awareness about safety best practices.

Profile sought:
You are preparing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HSE and looking for an Apprenticeship.
You enjoy teamwork and fieldwork.
You are curious, observant, analytical, and comfortable sharing ideas.
You are also familiar with office tools.

A driving license and access to a vehicle are required for site visits.
