Job Description:
The position is created as part of two major strategic programs at ESTIA:
The “Procédés du Futur – Décarbonés et Durables (PF‑DD)” program, within the national initiative Compétences et Métiers d’Avenir (CMA – France 2030), funded by Banque des Territoires and coordinated by the French National Research Agency (ANR). It links Research, Education and Technology Transfer with sustainable development objectives.
The EU4DUAL European University Alliance, funded by the European Union, bringing together universities from Germany, Finland, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Croatia, Malta, Spain and France, and combining teaching, research and applied development.
Within these two programs, the Instructional Engineer in Advanced Processes designs, adapts and improves training programs (on-site and remote, in French and English). He/She designs learning resources, supports teachers delivering the courses, ensures the quality of teaching/learning methods, and will personally teach part of the curriculum, including hands‑on sessions using Compositadour’s technical equipment.
The Instructional Engineer will join the pedagogical engineering team, under the hierarchical authority of the Dean of Faculty. He/She works operationally with the PF‑DD Project Manager and the Dean for all activities linked to EU4DUAL.
